Return Policy

Here at Schneider Racing Cams we guarantee the quality of our products and services.  If you're not satisfied with our products or our service, we will refund your money.  We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% on all returns.  Return any new or unused part within 90 days of the shipping date and we'll refund the purchase price.  Any items returned for a refund must have all return shipping paid for by purchaser.  Custom order camshafts are not eligible for return.  In the event that a cam is out of tolerance we will rework the camshaft and send it back to you.

All returns are subject to inspection. Any part that, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to common installation practices and manufacture instructions and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty consideration. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% or refuse any exception.

Schneider Racing Cams will not accept any product that appears to have been used unless there is a valid warranty issue as defined by Schneider Racing Cams.  An inspection process may take place to verify the product meets the warranty criteria.  Products used in racing or off road conditions are only warranted against manufacturer defects prior to installation.

Inspections of returned merchandise to Schneider Racing Cams are completed within seven business days of receipt of the return.  Schneider Racing Cams cannot accept returns of custom ordered parts such as camshafts.  We reserve the right to refuse any exceptions.
